An email each morning about yesterday's visits.
Step by step
- If your agency has the report switched on for your booking, it arrives by email at about 9am.
- It lists each of yesterday's visits: who came, when they arrived and left, and any notes.
- Notes show how many tasks were done, any not done and why, and anything practical the worker reported.
- If there are photos, sign in and open Shifts to see them.
Good to know
- Photos are never attached to the email, to keep them private.
- Want the report, or want it stopped? Ask your agency.
